Shipping Policy:     

If you received FREE SHIPPING and you return items from your order, your refund will be a store credit minus the amount it cost us to ship the item to you.

Delivery times depend on the distance the package must travel and the option of delivery you chose at the time of purchase.

Please allow 48 hours for processing, including in-store pickups. Most orders will ship out within 1-3 business days, but this could be longer in peak seasons.

We guarantee shipping within 3 business days of all orders.

You will receive an email with shipping information when your package has shipped, or indicating when your package is available for pickup.

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows delivered, but you do not have it, please check with your local USPS or UPS office.

Please double check your shipping address to make sure it is correct. If your address is incorrect and we receive the package back, we will reach out to you for the correct address. You will then be emailed a new invoice for the new shipping label. Once that invoice is paid we will ship the order out again. If we are unable to reach you or the invoice is left unpaid for 7 days, the order will be cancelled. Please note we are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

When your package arrives, please inspect all items carefully. Damages or missing items must be reported to us within 3 business days of delivery date in order for replacements to be sent or credit issues. Before a replacement or credit is issued we will need to internally investigate the issue.
