Return Policy

For online orders items can be returned within 14 days after your package delivery date for an ONLINE DIGITAL GIFT CARD that doesn't expire or for an exchange. We DO NOT offer cash or credit card refunds. 
We suggest emailing our store email to make sure your order is eligible for an online credit or exchange. Please email shopgaudyme@gmail.com with the subject line as "RETURN APPROVAL," also include your name, order number, and the name of the item you are wanting to send back. 
Once approved for an exchange or online credit you may bring your return to our in-store location or mail it back to the address below.

SHIPPING CHARGES (ORIGINAL AND RETURN) ARE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY.
ITEMS THAT WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
- Items that are discounted or included in a sale.
- Items that smell of smoke, pet odor, or body odor.
- Items with pet hair.
- Items that have any damage.
- Items with stains of any kind - including makeup or deodorant stains. 
- Items that have been worn or washed.
- Any hair accessory item is final sale and cannot be returned.
Items MUST be in their original condition with the original tags attached! We cannot make exchanges on items that have shrunk due to the laundering process. 
Shoes MUST be in their original box with the lid. The shoe box MUST be undamaged. Shoes MUST be unworn, contain no odor and be in their original condition. 
Any items that are marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for a credit or exchange. These items include Gift Cards, Gaudy Grab items, or any sale items discounted at 50% or more.
If you purchase a holiday item... (apparel, accessories, and gifts.) it is not eligible for return or exchange after 15 days PRIOR to the particular holiday.
