2024 Holiday Return Policy - Gaudy Me Boutique
Our 2024 Holiday Return Policy applies to all purchases made from Black Friday, November 29, 2024, through January 4, 2025. We want to make sure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible, whether you’re shopping online or in-store. Please read through our policy carefully before making a return.
Return Options:
  • In-store and Online Returns: Customers can return items for either store credit or exchange. We DO NOT OFFER CASH OR CREDIT REFUNDS!
    • Store Credit: If you choose store credit, it will be provided as a physical gift card in-store or a digital gift card online. Our gift cards never expire.
    • Exchanges: You may exchange items for an item of equal or greater value. Additional payment may be required for exchanges of higher value items.
Receipt and Proof of Purchase:
  • We require either a receipt or phone number to pull up your proof of purchase in order to process the return or exchange.
  • Gift Receipts: We highly recommend requesting a gift receipt when shopping in-store during the holiday season for a smooth return or exchange experience.
Online Returns:
To return an item purchased online:
  1. Email us at shopgaudyme@gmail.com to confirm eligibility for return.
  2. In the subject line, use "RETURN APPROVAL" and include:
    • Your name
    • Order number
    • The name of the item you wish to return
  3. Once approved, you may either:
    • Bring your return to our in-store location or
    • Mail it to:

Please Note: Shipping charges (both original and return shipping) are the customer's responsibility.
Return Eligibility Criteria:
Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return or exchange:
  • Items MUST be in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Shoes must be unworn, have no odor, and be returned in their original, undamaged box with the lid.
  • Items with stains, including makeup or deodorant stains, are not eligible for return.
  • Damaged items or items with signs of wear (such as pet hair, body odor, or smoke smell) cannot be returned.
  • Hair accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Items that have been washed or show signs of wear cannot be exchanged.
  • Holiday-related items (such as Thanksgiving or Christmas themed products), Black Friday items, gift cards, Gaudy Grab items, and items discounted by 50% or more are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • All Home Decor and Drinkware are final sale and cannot be returned.
Additional Information:
  • Shipping Charges: All shipping charges (both original and return shipping) are the customer's responsibility.
  • Exchanges on Laundered Items: We cannot process exchanges for items that have been shrunk due to laundering.
